Description
Thanks to the Internet, there’s a massive amount of information available about bodybuilding and strength training. However, not all of it is reliable. Many articles are based on personal opinions or one person’s experience rather than proven results from thousands of trainees. That’s where Power Factor Training stands out—it’s built on data, science, and measurable performance, not guesswork.
My name is Pete Sisco, co-developer of Power Factor Training and Static Contraction Training, and co-author of seven best-selling books published by Contemporary Books / McGraw-Hill. These include Power Factor Training — A Scientific Approach to Building Lean Muscle Mass, Power Factor Specialization — Chest & Arms, Shoulders & Back, Abs & Legs, and The Power Factor Logbook. I also co-authored Static Contraction Training — How to Gain Up to 25 Pounds of Pure Muscle Mass in 10 Weeks and The Golfer’s Two-Minute Workout.
Beyond these, I’ve contributed to IRONMAN magazine’s five-book series, such as Ultimate Bodybuilding Encyclopedia, Ultimate Guide to Natural Bodybuilding, and Ultimate Guide to Arm Training.
Since 1992, I’ve been applying mathematics and physics to strength training to discover what truly enhances muscle growth and performance. Power Factor Training is rooted in measurable progress—it focuses on lifting efficiency, intensity, and results. This approach eliminates wasted effort and maximizes gains in less time.
By using Power Factor Training, athletes and bodybuilders can scientifically measure improvement, build lean muscle mass faster, and train smarter instead of longer. It’s a proven system that turns strength training into a data-driven science rather than guesswork.
